Bike Fit Evaluation Like to bike? A proper bike fit minimizes discomfort, increases efficiency, and helps prevent pain or injury. Physical therapy can help you heal properly to minimize the possibility of additional problems and recover quickly to reduce the disruption surgery can have on your daily life. Running/Gait Analysis Don't let pain keep you from the activities you enjoy such as running, walking, hiking and more.

A thorough gait analysis can identify the problem and get you back on your feet! Here at Creekside Physical Therapy, we believe that every person is unique and as such, every treatment is catered to the individual. Treatments are driven by the patient and the goals they want to achieve whether that includes competing in an Ironman triathlon or just getting out of bed in the morning without pain.

We will customize your treatment plan utilizing our knowledge from a variety of manual techniques and exercises from world-renowned programs such as ASTYM, Maitland, McKenzie, Mulligan and many others.

Anterior (front) Knee Pain- Possible causes include having the saddle set too low, pedaling at a low cadence (speed), using your quadriceps muscles too much in pedaling, misaligned bicycle cleat for those who use clipless pedals, and other lower extremity muscle imbalances.
Neck Pain- Possible causes include incorrect handlebar or saddle position, poor frame match, and inadequate muscular support.

Gait analysis is a method used to assess the way you walk or run to highlight biomechanical abnormalities.
The appointment lasts about an hour and will include a complete lower body screen assessing foot, ankle, knee and hip biomechanics as well as a videotaped running or walking gait analysis.
Following the analysis, your therapist will create an exercise program specific to your needs.
We can also work with your physician to fit you for orthotics and/or prescribe a shoe type to properly fit your foot/body type.
Our promise to you is that we will begin all clinical treatment sessions on time, and we will meet your personal time constraints for each individual session.
Because we schedule our sessions with flexibility, we may extend treatment sessions, as necessary, in order to address those critical issues that require additional clinical intervention and additional time.
During your evaluation, your therapist will identify the injured area and the factors that led to your current condition.
After determining the issue, your therapist will work with you to develop a plan made up of exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to bring you back to your functional goals.
