Jack Waters is a lifelong resident of Southeast Pennsylvania.
He was raised in the Norristown area and now resides in Chester County with his wife and family.
He obtained a B.S. in Physical Education degree from Temple University in 1987.
There he concentrated in kinesiology as well as taking foundation courses in Athletic Training.
Jack acquired a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 1991.
While there Jack gained access to many world class Sports Medicine clinical experiences.
