PT360 is an employee-owned Vermont physical therapy cooperative that recognizes there are many paths to wellness and provides 360° of care. We offer traditional physical therapy and rehabilitation, programs and classes for wellbeing and holistic health, and Vermont's only Lyme Disease rehabilitation program. Our comprehensive Lyme Disease Rehabilitation program uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, aquatic therapy, and therapeutic exercise to return you to health.
Our comprehensive Post-Concussion Syndrome program is designed for people who struggle with on-going symptoms for 6 weeks or more. We implement a sub-maximal threshold exercise protocol to return you to your regular activities. Our Work Hardening Program aims to help the injured worker get back to their profession quickly by directing them toward their work capacity goal and ability to do their job tasks safely.

She works collaboratively with patients and other healthcare professionals to provide high quality, individualized treatment that promotes enhanced movement, decreased pain, and optimal function.
She has experience working in outpatient, hospital-based, skilled nursing, and home health physical therapy settings treating individuals with varying levels of dysfunction and treatment goals, including sports injury, trauma, pelvic floor dysfunction, pre-/post-surgery, EDS/hypermobility, chronic pain, Parkinson's disease, TMJ dysfunction & headache, dynamic postural asymmetry & breathing discord, gait disturbance, arthritis, and deconditioning.
