Timberlane Physical Therapy
Timberlane Physical Therapy (TLPT) utilizes a holistic "whole picture" treatment approach to work with our patients to reduce pain, improve motion, restore function, and prevent disability. We strive to return the quality of life to our patients, from performing daily living activities to engaging in recreational or competitive sports activities. With our holistic treatment approach, we perform a comprehensive evaluation and consider the patient's entire presentation to resolve their pain and range of motion issues.

After all, our musculoskeletal and other body systems are interrelated and interdependent. You are not just the physical body. There are also social and emotional issues that can create barriers to achieving optimal wellness. Simply put Timberlane Physical Therapy has been an integral part of my life for the past several years.

Their care in dealing with my chronic disability, acute injuries, and multiple surgical rehabs has been provided in a professional, knowledge, and caring manner supplemented with a great sense of humor.

Lesli brings over three decades of experience to her ever-grateful patients.
In 1987, Lesli and her husband moved to Vermont, and shortly thereafter opened Timberlane Physical Therapy.
Her mission statement was simple: To provide the best patient-centered care and up-to-date physical therapy treatments in Burlington and all of the surrounding communities in Chittenden County.
Lesli was the first physical therapist in Vermont to become a certified lymphedema and swelling disorders therapist, and now has almost 20 years helping those with edema (swelling) and pain caused by lymphatic tissue blockage, a condition commonly caused by lymph node removal or damage after cancer treatment.

Jenn has over fifteen years of experience as a physical therapist.
After graduating, she immediately launched into a career in sports/orthopedics where she served as a PT/ATC intern for the Boston Breakers, a women's pro soccer club in Boston, and had the honor of joining the 2003 Women's World Cup Soccer medical staff.
Thereafter, Jenn changed her career direction, and explored inpatient rehab.
She worked with patients recuperating from traumatic brain injury, joint replacements, and multi-trauma.
Timberlane Physical Therapy is the best place for treatment of unusual problems.
The therapists provide highly individualized diagnosis and treatment with excellent problem solving.
After two other therapists were unable to correctly identify my problem, Lesli understood my unusual condition and provided effective treatment.
After surgery, she identified the reason for residual pain and provided treatment that cured it although staff in the surgeon's office only said that it might improve over time.
