We have been certified in Postural Restoration since 2005.
Postural Restoration acknowledges that we all have asymmetrical tendencies that will affect how we sit, stand, walk, run, squat, push, pull etc.
Affect various other systems, including the neurological and circulatory system due to nerves or blood vessels being compressed by bones or muscles that are functioning in a twisted position.
In treatment, Postural Restoration uses exercises and manual techniques that encourage you to use both sides of your body symmetrically.
Oliver opened Inspire Physical Therapy in April of 2007 to create an environment for optimal patient care.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy at the University of Vermont, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
After graduation, he went to work at a physical therapy clinic located at the renowned Green Mountain Valley School ski academy.
In December of 2005, Oliver's interest in biomechanics and movement patterns led him to become one of the first twelve therapists in the country to be certified in Postural Restoration.

None of these are likely to help with your knee pain.
A good shoe should give your foot support and cushioning.
Support is important as if your foot is either collapsing inwards or rolling outwards it will pull your knee with it.
Neck and upper shoulder pain are very common, affecting about 50-70% of people at some point in their lives.
It can come from whiplash or other trauma, but 85% of the time it has a mechanical cause often due to how we sit and work at a computer.
