Founded by Phil Orenstein, our practice embraces the best of both traditional western medicine, and eastern philosophies of care. Phil received his professional training at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. Personally, he has been transformed by the practice of Yoga, and he has found the principles and postures of this centuries old tradition to be invaluable in his work with patients.

Phil's career began over 37 years ago, in a large metropolitan hospital.
He soon became curious about alternative ways of helping people get better, which prompted him to create his own practice at the Marsh Fitness Center in the early nineties.
His commitment to treating the "whole" person strengthened and grew during that time, and in 1998 he launched Orenstein Physical Therapy.
Phil is known for his sensitive hands-on and intuitive skills - his ability to tune-in and listen deeply to each of his patients.

I am 'out -of- network' with all other insurance groups.
Whatever health insurance plan you have, my billing specialist will submit claims on your behalf.
This includes active auto insurance claims.
It is important to note that your medical insurance is a contract between you and your carrier.
It is your responsibility to understand your coverage, and what they will pay for physical therapy services.
Any unpaid balance from your insurance will be yours to pay.
I am 'out -of- network' with all other insurance groups.

I am able to partially evaluate things; observe posture, your movement and critique some of your lessons.
I could clarify and demonstrate things from my end as well.
I am offering both a 15 or 30 minute session, and would work from there to develop a further treatment plan for you.
