I have several friends who are physical therapists, and one with 25+ years in the practice referred me to Lorrain Mackay Doucet and Omni Therapy. She's the best clinician I've ever received treatment from. A lifelong learner, she treats patients holistically with unmatched diagnostic skills. She is hands on for the duration of the treatment. The clinic is warm and inviting, with a friendly staff and paraprofessionals who offer additional services, such as massage therapy.
I highly recommend Omni for anyone with a sports or age-related injury or those living with chronic or recurring musculoskeletal pain. Lorraine is a complete professional and understands the body at a level that is rare in most mainstream medical clinics. She is a licensed physical therapist with healing hands. Since my late 20s, I've had numerous issues, enough to have pain all the time.
I've dealt with degenerative neck disease, arthritis, Plantar fasciitis, back and hip problems and joint replacements.

Out of network simply means that Omni Therapy does not have a contract with any health insurance companies.
With out-of-network services, there is a set price every visit.
This means that there are no surprise fees, no inconsistent co-pays, or unexpected bills in the mail.
Another advantage to out of network providers, compared to in network, is the 'shared treatment' versus the one on one treatments.
Choosing Omni Therapy means you are investing in your LONG TERM health, as well as the best one on one, individualized care.

Our services are different to most physical therapy practices.
We spend a full hour with you and do not rely on any assistants to work with you- you receive one-on-one care for a full hour.
To be able to provide this quality, we have chosen to be an out of network provider for all insurances.
We will provide you with an invoice so that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement from your insurance.
Not all insurance policies have out of network benefits, and benefits are different for out of network providers.

I'm so glad I decided to try Telemedicine with Lorraine--I can't say enough good things about it. It's a whole new way to approach healing and unlocking the body to be able to move again. And as always, Lorraine is an impeccable diagnostician and has a solution and response for every issue. Through telemedicine, she also has more time to explain things, and I have more time to ask questions. Doing the release techniques from home is great--I'm most comfortable at home, and I can ask questions as I go to make sure I'm doing it effectively. Lorraine has a careful eye through the camera, and her demonstrations give me a good sense of the proper biomechanics. Through telemedicine, I feel more active and in control of my healing, and the new knowledge I'm gaining from Lorraine gives me renewed hope in the healing process. Endless thanks Lorraine! You are amazing.
