As an elite athlete for over 20 years, I've had my fair share of injuries and physical therapists. Sarah is the best physical therapist I've ever had. She finds the root of of cause of any injury and goes above and beyond to care for her clients even when they aren't in the office. She is a constant resource for me and a wealth of knowledge. Look no further.

As a runner, I have dealt with various repetitive-use injuries such as shin splints and ITBS, and Sarah has gone above and beyond in treating me. I have complete confidence in her ability to provide me with the tools I need to continue being a strong and healthy athlete.
Services
Our vision is to improve the physical therapy system and return to a patient-focused one-on-one care model in order to maximize the results for each patient.
We strive to lead by example and return to the individualized care we feel every patient deserves.
We aim to stay on top of evidence-based practice by placing significant value on continuing education.
Resilient Physical Therapy and Wellness exists to provide innovative, compassionate, evidence-based one-on-one care in order to maximize function and give patients the best value for their money.
Sarah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
She has experience in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, and acute care (surgical intensive care and oncology).
Her treatment includes a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise and patient education to help patients achieve their functional goals.
Sarah is certified in the Burdenko Method and integrates this method into her treatment to maximize results with a combination of aquatic and land based therapy.
Sarah is the best physical therapist I have ever had experience with.
I first saw her while suffering from a herniated disk; at the time, I was able to walk short distances with a lot of pain.
Sarah took the time to learn about my injury and worked with my doctor to get me back to my normal life without surgery; she even adapted my therapy to accommodate my wedding.
After I got back to work, Sarah continued to work with me so I could return to playing hockey.
If you want to get back to your normal life, you should go to Sarah; if you want to return to sports, you have to.
We do not accept insurance.
We have chosen to be an out-of-network provider in order to be able to better serve our patients and provide them with the one-on-one care they deserve.
We recommend calling your insurance provider to find out about your out-of-network physical therapy benefits to determine what steps to take for reimbursement if you are eligible for out-of-network benefits.
If needed, we will provide step-by-step instructions for submitting an out-of-network claim for your insurance.
