Garden City Rehabilitation Center is the latest effort by Garden City Treatment Center to bring efficient, quality healthcare to our patients. As an extension of the Emergency Room's services, Garden City Rehabilitation Center provides all of our patients with seamless continuity of care and comprehensive physical therapy. Every patient is evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist and all treatments are supervised by physicians.
A personalized treatment plan is then devised based upon the findings of that evaluation and the functional demands of the individual's job. Our treatment approach focuses on manual skills and proper movement. Ultimately, patient education and instruction through an independent home program are an integral part of our patient care. Our eventual goal is to get you feeling like yourself again.

Services
We offer comprehensive physical therapy intervention to address patients who possess a variety of orthopaedic and neurologic concerns.
Each patient is evaluated by a licensed, registered physical therapist.
A treatment plan is created based upon the findings of that evaluation, and the functional demands of their job, and implemented by our professional staff.
This treatment plan could include: conditioning exercises, range of motion/strengthening exercises, instruction in a home exercise program, postural training, body mechanics training, and work hardening.

Dan graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at New England Institute of Technology in 2010.
Dan previously served our country for 10+ years in the active duty, United States Air Force.
He was drawn to physical therapy after having sports injuries of his own that required treatment.
Dan has had experience in acute care, long term care, home care and orthopedic outpatient settings during his 7-year career as a PTA.
Dan is an active father of five, and he joined our team in May of 2017.
Dan previously served our country for 10+ years in the active duty, United States Air Force.

Jason attended the University of Rhode Island, graduating with his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2012.
He joined our team in 2013, supporting our therapists in assisting patients with their exercises and keeping the clinic well organized and supplied.
Jason now manages the clinic and oversees all clinic daily operations.
He is passionate about his work and helping others and committed to providing a safe, positive, and motivating environment for our patients and staff.
Away from work, Jason enjoys the outdoors as well as spending time with family and friends.
