Wellness Unlimited Physical Therapy (WUPT) is a small, private practice physical therapy clinic located in Stoughton, MA that only provides one-on-one treatment sessions. We believe in taking a holistic approach to our evaluations to address the root causes of symptoms. Leah Gillespie is the owner of Wellness Unlimited Physical Therapy. She graduated from Northeastern University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012, and opened WUPT in 2018. At WUPT, Leah only provides one-on-one treatment sessions, with a focus on hands-on manual therapy techniques. Her expertise is in treating the patient as a whole, working to diagnose the root causes of pain and injuries, treat them, and prevent them from reoccurring.
Leah makes every rehab plan unique to the person, making sure therapy is always working towards the patient's individual goals.
