Cray Physical Therapy
Cray Physical Therapy patients are a top priority when it comes to the treatment programs that we offer. Our therapists have over 45 years of combined experience treating orthopedic and sports related injuries. We make sure our patients are evaluated and treated by the same licensed therapist they see on the first visit. Every treatment session is one hour in length and we always provide our patients with one to one care.

Each therapist is trained to evaluate a patient's condition in order to develop the perfect plan for recovery. Whether a patient is recovering from an injury, needs to reduce or eliminate pain, improve mobility and physical ability or just has questions. Our goal in mind is to be our patient's resource for life. If you need physical therapy treatment, visit Cray Physical Therapy at one of our three locations; Braintree, Weymouth and Norwell, MA.

Just a note to say how helpful and professional the people are at Cray PT in Braintree, the facility is great, easy parking and access and everyone pleasant and helpful.

Cray Physical Therapy is a therapist owned company specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

This is achieved at Cray Physical Therapy by implementing core values.
Ankle injuries and foot pain certainly can slow you down if not taken care of.
The ankle and foot are comprised of many different joints that allow for both a large amount of motion and stability.
The ankle and foot are very complex and are designed to absorb an incredible amount of force with each step that we take.
A number of factors can increase the risk of having foot and/or ankle problems.
Certain athletes, such as dancers, gymnasts, or soccer and basketball players, have an increased risk of foot or ankle injuries.
Dry needling is a specific clinical technique used to treat myofascial (muscular) pain.
The technique uses a "dry" needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into painful areas of a muscle.
Commonly soft tissue dysfunctions are due to inflammation, irritated nerve tissue, scar tissue formation, tissue adhesion, or deficiency in blood or lymphatic circulation.
The insertion of the needle into the area of dysfunction causes a physical stretching of the tissue, which helps reduce tension and normalize inflammation.
Fall Prevention and Balance Training should become a priority as we age.
Many people don't realize they are at risk of a fall until it is too late.
At Cray Physical Therapy we are experts in analyzing movement and balance.
We identify possible fall risk factors, such as poor leg strength, flexibility or reflexes and focus on fall prevention and balance training.
Our team of physical therapists are experts in the field of muscle strengthening and balance retraining.
According to the World Health Organization, While all people who fall are at risk of injury, the age, gender and health of the individual can affect the type and severity of injury.
According to the Mayo Clinic, Hip pain is a common complaint that can be caused by a wide variety of problems.
Arthritis - The loss of cartilage from wear and tear or injury is called arthritis.
This condition can be quite painful and often times patients will experience pain radiating into the groin area.
Bursitis - Bursa are small jelly-like sacs that are located throughout the body, but most notably in the shoulder, knee and hip.
They sit between bones and soft tissues, acting as a buffer to reduce friction.
