We are all built to move, but when the geometry and balance of the body falls out of alignment, movement becomes difficult and less fluid. Misalignment causes deficits in some areas, leading to over-compensation in others. To get to the bottom of knee, back, ankle, hip, or shoulder pain, we combine our 30 years of clinical PT experience with state-of-the-art biomechanical analysis systems.
We'll use the data we collect as the basis for a game plan to help you to address biomechanical issues. Then, we are able to correct improper form, and optimize mobility while strengthening flexibility and neuromuscular control and power. We observe your pedal stroke, seat and arm positions to find patterns specific to your flexibility, strength, joint mobility, and neuromuscular control.
