We are an established outpatient orthopedic group practice with origins in the Greater Boston area, relocated in 2019 to the Greater Manchester / Bedford NH area. Our physical therapists excel in a number of areas of rehabilitative care including orthopedic, post-surgical, neuromuscular, pediatric, geriatric, vestibular, and sports rehabilitation.
We believe in a hands-on approach to care and create an individualized plan for each patient that comes through the door. Our focus is on controlling pain through manual therapies. Our doctors utilize advanced orthopedic manual therapy methods to provide pain relief and promote better movement for each of our patients. The primary techniques that we specialize in include: spinal and peripheral joint mobilizations, Mulligan Technique, soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial release.
Additional techniques that we incorporate include: percussive therapy, kinesio and McConnel taping, therapeutic exercise, cupping therapy, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, Graston Technique, electrical stimulation, and traction.
