Proudly, over 10 years ago now, Jessica completed her manual therapy certification to become a CIMT (Certified Integrated Manual Therapist) to enhance her practice and bring the best to all her patients.

I have been very pleased with the physical therapy treatment I have received from Jessica.
She has excellent hands on skills that has allowed me a pain free lower back for the first time in years, but more importantly she has taught me to help myself with specific stretches and exercises that will prevent this pain from returning in the future.
Even though it's February, we are doing some spring skiing / riding out there.
That means variable conditions all over the mountain.
After getting spoiled with lots of powder days the first part of this season, it's definitely an adjustment to get used to riding in these conditions again.
