Both Joel and Ryan are so kind and have a great sense of humor, and never fail to make me laugh and put a smile on my face. Group Classes introduces you to class-based weight training.
Classes consist of 50 minutes of strength training using barbells and free weights and cardiovascular training using the AirDyne Pro fan bike.
The first 10-15 minutes of each session include detailed instructions for each exercise in the workout.
All exercises are tailored to individual ability.
1-on-1 personal training with an experienced collegiate performance coach.
Individual training programs are designed to meet specific client goals including: accountability, learning to lift, post-injury, strength development, muscle toning, weight management, and sports performance.

Joel enjoys working with the general population, athletes of all ages.
He is thankful for the ability to think outside of the box when it comes to problem solving and treatment options.
