We now provide Telehealth, a service which allows us to remotely provide health care information and services, including physical therapy! Perform for Life Physical Therapy is conveniently located in Severna Park, behind Park Plaza at 537 B&A Blvd, Suite D alongside Fare Chiropractic.

Our physical therapists specialize in treating all orthopedic injuries, helping seniors and dance physical therapy. We also have a fully equipped fitness center on-site offering you turn-key services for all your physical therapy needs. We offer a wide variety of research based treatment options that are specifically designed to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.

Physical therapy is more than just exercises. We believe in a hands-on comprehensive approach to include manual therapy, modalities, therapist guided exercises, and a custom plan of care that addresses both musculoskeletal and neuromuscular aspects of physical activities to improve your overall performance in life.
