This package is 60 minutes of direct, one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
It includes a 45 minute evaluation and 15 minute treatment session.
The evaluation consists of a comprehensive assessment of your signs and symptoms, medical history, and goals for therapy.
During the treatment time, you will be prescribed an exercise program that will start to target the root of your problem.
Initial evaluations can be virtual or in-person*.
This wellness consultation includes 60 minutes of one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
