TO THE CORE was established in 2012 by Dr. Carrie Krug to create a facility where patients are evaluated and treated by their therapist 100% of the time making rehab care more efficient and effective. TO THE CORE offers Physical Therapy Services and CORE Classes addressing a specific issue, dysfunction and/or concern. Our services range from evaluating and treating women's health issues to general orthopedic concerns and pain issues to working with elite athletes.
The difference at TO THE CORE is our program schedules your therapy sessions with your therapist in our clinic and creates individualized treatment plans to meet your rehab needs and goals. Your pain is resolved, you heal quicker, feel better, are faster and stronger, and are able to get back to what you love! We look forward to working with you and in achieving your goals here at TO THE CORE!

Services
I have been a physical therapist for over 16 years now and absolutely love what I do.
I have worked in a variety of clinical settings; evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic injuries and surgeries to women's health issues to neurological dysfunctions.
My clinical interests and expertise include treating the "whole body."
I understand that a surgery or a pain issue involves assessing and treating the whole body in order to get patients back to their function and to live a fuller life.
My mission with starting TO THE CORE centers on treating the whole person and getting you back to doing what you need to do and what you love to do.
