In 2013, Kim Horton and Kate Darne opened Restore PT & Wellness. We set out to start a clinic with exceptional therapists that provide the highest level of care. Over the years we have achieved an excellent reputation, gained loyal patients and built strong physician relationships. Patients know that when they come to Restore, they will receive great customer service, outstanding care and most importantly, they will get better.
Restore PT & Wellness is excited to announce that we will now be the most comprehensive outpatient physical therapy clinic in Loudoun. Restore is adding a balance center with an overhead track and harness system, as well as offering vestibular rehab, and concussion treatments. This has been made possible due to the acquisition of Restore PT & Wellness by a group who has a passion for balance rehab.

Kim has spent her 28 year career as an outpatient orthopedic therapist.
She has worked in both hospital and private practice settings in New York and Northern Virginia.
Throughout her years of practice, she noticed a trend among PT practices towards high volume, non-individualized care.
Kim believed that patients deserved more and in 2013 opened Restore PT & Wellness as a way to deliver an enhanced level of healthcare that focused on the individual needs of her patients and not just the injury itself.
