Classes are limited to private sessions until proficient in Pilates repertoire.
Generally, private instruction is recommended one to two times a week for 3-6 months to achieve desired fluency.
Clients can move into groups and/or more challenging repoirtoire as fitness level and understanding of pilates principals improves.
