Returned this past winter to see Mark and Quinn regarding lower back and pelvis issues. Following approximately 5 weeks and some new stretches/ exercises I feel better than I did the previous sessions. When I started I had trouble walking and mobility issues.
In the following months, the staff slowly but surely helped restore the strength and flexibility in my leg. All the staff were super helpful and mindful of my issues that arose. I would like to personally thank the entire staff at MDM for all the help from the beginning of my therapy to the conclusion.

When I came to MDM I had already had 4 weeks of therapy, so I was moving well with very little pain, but most of my therapy had been walking and exercising.
I had no soft tissue therapy.
Here the therapist worked with the soft tissue loosening up the patella.
Movement is much easier now and there is minimal pain to none most of the time.
Before I started PT I had awful pain in my low back, my legs, and side.
I had trouble walking, standing, and sitting without experiencing pain; I couldn't grocery shop.
I had no soft tissue therapy.
Here the therapist worked with the soft tissue loosening up the patella.

My shoulder range of motion went from being barely able to lift my arm to pain free.
I highly recommend MDM Physical Therapy.
