All visits at TRIUMPH SPORTS + MOVEMENT PHYSICAL THERAPY are one-on-one with Dr. Jenni Winters, PT, DPT, Cert DN, CSCS for the whole hour. We have no assistants or exercise technicians, it will only be a Physical Therapist working with you. Our objective is to get you moving again, keep you active without pain or limitation and help you perform to the best of your abilities.
Our goal is to teach you to manage your symptoms and move more efficiently to allow you to perform better in the fewest number of visits possible. We'll help guide your recovery step-by-step to get you healthy again and back to what moves you. A physical therapist who started as a Registered Nurse turned PT, who is an Ironman!
