Yoga Physical Therapy
Studying and working with the body is Sharon Gary's life work. A practicing integrative and holistic NY Physical Therapist for over 20 years, Sharon received Honors for her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. She studied yoga before becoming a physical therapist. And before that, at the beginning of her journey, Sharon was a dancer, studying and performing in NYC and Austin.

She graduated with High Honors for a BA in Modern Dance and Liberal Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. It was after she became a physical therapist that she went on to study and receive a 200-hour certificate in Interdisciplinary Yoga from the Nosara and Omega Institutes. Sharon Gary is the Physical Therapist of last resort in New York City.

Not only does she take the time necessary to get to know you, she learns about pain and injury from your perspective. A sensitive listener, she works together with you to create a healing partnership. A consummate problem solver, Sharon develops an individual approach with you to strategically aid you on your journey of healing.
