Imagine being able to lift weights, bend forward, run and remain active without suffering from the pain and anxiety brought on by your low back.
Up to 90% of patients, and back specialists, still don't know what structure is causing your pain even with an MRI, CT scan or x-ray!.
Up to 40% of low back patients don't respond to standard treatments and these poor outcomes have led to an increase in chronic pain, opioid use and disability!.
At Fuel Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, we find the root cause of your symptoms to create a treatment plan that is customized to YOUR needs!
I injured my shoulder back in February and thought that it would just get better with time.
I was still having pain months later with any overhead movements, so I decided I needed to get it looked at.
It was important to me to find a physical therapist that was knowledgeable in sports and strength training and that is why I contacted Eric.
I knew I made the right decision when he had me using a barbell on my THIRD session with him!
He showed me how to change my technique so that I wasn't putting all the stress on my shoulders to prevent further injury.
Is your neck pain holding you back?
Neck pain is a common condition that our team specializes in treating.
Neck pain is a relatively common complaint that may be caused by a number of conditions and circumstances.
In many cases, neck pain is the result of strain, overuse, poor biomechanics, work place, or posture.
However, neck pain can also be caused by underlying conditions affecting certain parts of the low back and hip that can be missed.
When this occurs, the underlying condition must be treated to restore proper alignment and functioning.
