Well Being Pelvic Physical Therapy serves the greater Salt Lake and surrounding areas. We provide specialized Physical Therapy treatment for a variety of conditions that apply to our muscles, bones, brain, organs, fascia, and how everything coordinates to keep us balanced, mobile, and pain free. Pelvic PT involves much more than "do your Kegels" or "just relax".
We rely on manual therapy techniques in clinic and give a program for home. Individual treatment programs include coordination, strength, and support, in order to decrease pain, optimize function, and get all systems balanced to allow return (or begin) desired activities. If you are experiencing any pain, specifically pelvic pain, leaks of urine or stool, problems with sexual function, or anything else, you are not alone, and there is help available.
Please also remember that "common" and "normal" are not the same! You will be treated as a whole person, meaning everything that could be contributing to your complaints are the focus of our care.

Services
Well Being Pelvic Physical Therapy was born after feeling there was more that we as providers could offer.
I have created and managed 2 other programs before Well Being and feel that we have finally created a unique space that meets patient's needs.
Great care has been taken to create a private, positive, professional, and fun environment.
We understand that some of you may be very comfortable talking about these things, while others may not.
Some of you may be well-researched, seen multiple providers, and tried multiple treatments; while for others, this may be the first.
