We are located on the second floor of the ClearPoint Professional building.
This building is located directly across from UT Physicians and next door to the UT Bayshore family clinic.
There is a Pediatric Medical Center and a Pharmacy in our building.
You can take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor.
We are located on 2351 (West Edgewood Drive) just a short distance southwest of the intersection with 518 (Friendswood Drive).
We are in the Friends Knoll area and at the intersection of West Edgewood Drive and Friends Knoll Lane.

To your first appointment, you need to bring a form of ID, your insurance card(s), and prescription from your referring doctor (if you have one).
We ask that you kindly show up 15-30 minutes early to complete your paperwork for the initial visit if you did not submit online.
If you completed paperwork online, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in.
