We accept most major insurances including: Medicare, Tricare, Veterans Choice, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Humana, Cigna and Medicaid.
Please check with your insurance company regarding your physical therapy benefits, authorization and referral requirements, deductible, coinsurance and copays and limits on number of visits per year.
We ask for at least 24 hour advanced notice.
If you have repeated short notice cancellation, or do not attend scheduled appointments, you may be removed from the schedule.

I am an athlete competing for Team USA and was looking to secure a spot on the National Team.
With Ashley's help and guidance I was able to not only able to compete again in time, but excel and make the team.
