Regardless of your age, injury or activity level, your recovery is important to us. Our mission is to provide a hands-on, personalized and caring physical therapy experience. At Paggi PT, we are acutely invested in the education and recovery of each individual patient. We are located at the corner of Englewood Avenue and Beacon Street (westbound).

Our building is handicap accessible and is convenient by car and public transportation via the Green C-line Englewood stop. Adam graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He is a licensed physical therapist and the owner of Paggi Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation in Brookline, Massachusetts. He has experience with high school, college, amateur and professional level athletes.

He is certified in Graston Technique and dry needling. Catherine graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Catherine's first experience with physical therapy came as a patient due to a basketball injury in high school.

At Paggi PT, we are acutely invested in the education and recovery of each individual patient.
Our approach is two-tiered: Teach and Treat.
You will be educated on your current condition or injury to understand the rehabilitation process and rationale supporting each treatment.
A plan will be professionally designed by a doctor of physical therapy to focus on your specific goals, allowing for a higher level of functional living and return to recreational activities.
You will always receive the highest standard of personalized, hands-on care at our innovative clinic.
Our clinic features a state-of-the-art cable column, horizontal leg press, stationary bikes, and many other useful tools to help improve your mobility.
Our physical therapy clinic provides an open and friendly atmosphere with comfortable treatment tables and many educational resources.
We are an accredired Graston Technique clinic.
Graston is a form of instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization.
We also provide taping, an additional approach to enhance the body's response to movement.
The BOSU ball is one tool we use for neuromuscular re-education.
Paggi Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is located on the second floor of a fully handicap accessible building.
After entering the building, please use the stairway on the left-hand side or the elevator straight ahead.
Upon exiting the elevator, turn right and our clinic is two doors down.
We are located at the corner of Englewood Avenue and Beacon Street (westbound).
There is an abundance of parking in the area.
Beacon Street and the surrounding side streets are either free two-hour parking or metered ($0.50/hour).
