We offer a unique interdisciplinary approach with physical therapist, nurse practitioner, psychologist, and gyrotonic instructor creating a nurturing environment that incorporates all aspects of being with outstanding customer service.

With the ability to work one-on-one with our patients for 60 minute appointments, we are able to focus on the whole body. Whether you are coming in for constipation, pelvic pain, shoulder pain, cancer care, preventative or labor prep during pregnancy, or postpartum rehab, we understand each and everyone one of you. Our treatment style consists of myofascial release, visceral manipulation, craniosacral, functional medicine, gyrotonic movement, and mind body connection.

These classes are designed to target specific areas of the body that can tight due to various injuries/postures/etc.
We hope these classes assist you in gaining knowledge about various areas of the body in order to maximize your PT routine.
Classes include: adductors, neck/shoulders, core stabilization, glute connection, respiratory diaphragm and more!
This class is a great adjunct to your current physical therapy program and will provide you with ample stretches that you can do at home.
We will learn how to load the weight of the body onto our biggest or primary muscles groups- our glutes, hamstrings and quads, so that our secondary muscles groups- shoulders, neck and pelvic floor, don't have to overwork.
