Affinity Sports & Rehab Physical Therapy
We are open and accepting patients. Please be aware that we are taking all necessary precautions determined by the CDC in order to keep patients and staff healthy. These steps include sanitizing, deep cleaning, washing hands, and wearing masks. We ask all patients to also wear masks in the clinic. We are also using Telehealth as an option for Physical Therapy.

Phyllis Williams, physical therapist and owner, graduated from Howard University in Washington D.C.
She has over 23 years of experience in the physical therapy field, with a primary emphasis in orthopedics and sports medicine.
She brings an eclectic approach to treatment by using traditional and holistic methods of care.
She started her private practice in 1998, with the goal of providing quality care for the local community.
She gained her experience by being the director of two physical therapy clinics before venturing on and opening her own practice.
Massages release chronic tension and pain in muscles, improves circulation, increases flexibility in the joints, and reduces mental and physical fatigue.
In addition, massage is one of the most effective ways to combat stress in someone's daily life.
Your massage will be given by a physical therapist/ massage therapist with many hours of training.
Our therapist has a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and knowledge of when massage is and is not appropriate.
Swedish massage is the most common.
