Maximum Performance participates in the prevention and treatment of injuries and/or disorders of the musculoskeletal system associated with muscles, joints, and ligaments.
With the use of soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, range of motion, flexibility, and therapeutic exercise, patients are restored to their prior level of function.
Some injuries include, but are not limited to, fractures, sprain/strains, tendonitis, bursitis.
Post-Operative rehabilitation is provided to patients who have received surgery, with the goal of returning them to their prior level of function.

James attends the Lyndhurst High School Wellness Fair in Lyndhurst, NJ to discuss and provide hands on demonstrations of what physical therapy is and the services that Maximum Performance offers to students and staff.
Maximum Performance had a great time attending the East Hill Rehabilitation Society meeting.
