Forest Hill Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy facility dedicated to providing patient-centered care from highly skilled Licensed Physical Therapists and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants. For more than 25 years, Forest Hill Physical Therapy has been a staple in the community and continues to evolve to meet the needs of our patients.
To that end, we have expanded our services beyond the facility and into Essex County and surrounding counties. Our mission is to provide physical therapy care in an inspiring and personal environment that is judgment-free. Our therapists focus on communicating with each patient to identify personal barriers in order to create the best treatment plan and deliver quality outcomes.
Our goal is to deliver optimal care during each session to help patients reach their maximal functional level and provide personalized self-management tools to maintain improved flexibility, strength, and/or balance. It is important to us that our patients maintain results after discharge.

We collaborate with accredited physical therapy programs to deliver an outstanding clinical affiliation program that integrates classroom didactic information with a hands-on, evidence-based clinical experience.

Physical Therapy is available through video or phone for our established patients who cannot attend an in-person visit.
Your physical therapist will monitor and evaluate your treatment plan and provide instruction to improve and/or control your current state until you are able to return to the office.
