Jeff has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since entering the profession in 1988 and has served as chairperson for the East Central District of Florida.
He has attended multiple continuing education courses to advance his clinical skills in diverse areas of practice, and he is an adjunct faculty member at Daytona Beach Community College in the Physical Therapy Assistant program.

David, his wife and two children relocated to Central Florida and now reside in Port Orange.
In 2002, he earned his Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assisting at South University in West Palm Beach.
He is a member of the Florida and American Physical Therapy Associations.

From there, she landed in Hawaii where she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1994 and her Masters in KLS - Athletic Training in 2001.
During that time, she had opportunity to work with various University of Hawaii athletic teams along side the sports medicine physicians for 3 years.
Michelle received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2004 where she specialized in Manual Therapy.
From there, she landed in Hawaii where she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1994 and her Masters in KLS - Athletic Training in 2001.
