Treatments include relief of associated muscle spasms, strengthening of back musculature, postural corrections and learning how to keep your back strong and safe in the future. Any person planning a replacement should have a few sessions of physical therapy to learn what to expect after surgery or jump-start their strengthening and rehabilitation program before surgery.

Bonnie is originally from Montgomery, Alabama.
She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alabama in 1985 and worked in business for 10 years before pursuing physical therapy.
She earned a Master's of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1995 from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
She began her career in an outpatient clinic until she moved to New Smyrna Beach in 1998.

Aquatic Therapy refers to treatments and exercises performed in the water for physical rehabilitation, fitness, physical, and other therapeutic benefits Treatments and exercise are performed while floating, partially submerged or fully submerged based upon the needs of the treatment for each individual.
Our Aquatic therapy is offered in a heated outdoor pool.
During the winter months, the pool is covered with an enclosure so we can continue to offer this service during the cold season.
