Specialized physical therapy services helping women regain strength, mobility and relieve pain as they navigate through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. MomLife Health was designed by a busy mama that understands the difficulties of navigating self-care with all of life's other priorities. All too often, women are not getting the support they need from the healthcare community during this important time.

There are many challenges in motherhood, and we wanted to simplify the process of self-care by offering physical therapy and wellness services that are convenient to you. Our goal is to make your self-care a priority. Pregnancy is often thought of as one of the most exciting times in a women's life. However, it can also present with new stress and challenges as our bodies are rapidly changing.

Whether your baby was born two months ago or two years ago, it is common for women to experience problems after pregnancy. Any woman could benefit from physical therapy that is dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction!
Services
Dr. Caryn Phillips knows first-hand about the changes women go through physically, mentally and hormonally during pregnancy and during the postpartum period.
So much of this is never discussed with health care providers, leaving women feeling poorly informed and helpless throughout this monumental stage of their lives.
In creating MomLife Health and Wellness, Caryn's hope is to bridge the gap between new/expecting moms and perinatal health by bringing all the information to you!
Caryn received her Masters from the University of Connecticut and went on to receive her Doctorate from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
If you aren't in the area, or even if you are and scheduling an in-home session is tough, we can still help!
We offer virtual sessions for all your pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum needs.
If you have any questions regarding virtual sessions and how they work, please don't hesitate to contact us!
We will do a review of your medical history, have a conversation about your goals for treatment, answer any questions you have, and develop a treatment plan that will address your specific goals.
The first visit will possibly include a physical exam to assess your strength, motion, posture and function.
You will want to wear comfortable clothes.
If you are coming to my office, we will be in a private room.
Initial consults are 60 minutes.
Follow-up visits are between 50-60 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.
