Our goal at The Pelvic Health Clinic is to serve your needs through a variety of treatment options. As the name implies, The Pelvic Health Clinic is in the business of treating pelvic related concerns, but really the pelvis is connected to the whole body. This means that even low back pain, neck pain, or gastrointestinal issues are often related to pelvic floor.

Here at The Pelvic Health Clinic we also believe that everything is connected. So although we treat specific concerns of bladder or bowel, pregnancy or postpartum concerns, recovery from trauma or surgery, SI joint dysfunction, prolapse, tailbone pain, or sexual health concerns, we look at each of these areas holistically. Where holistic to us means as related to the rest of your life, such as sleep habits, dietary habits, relationship satisfaction, job stress, life pressures, etc.

Our goal is always to help you resolve your concerns and manage your own health so that you don't need us. Read on to better understand why we feel our approach is unique.
Services
The Pelvic Health Clinic offers services in physical therapy, sexual health education and consultation, and somatic bodywork and education.
Education on aspects related to your concern and your care, examples include education on anatomy, posture, movement, sexual health, etc.
Manual exam of the external or internal pelvic floor to assess for overly tight muscles, inability to recruit the appropriate muscles, etc.
Here at The Pelvic Health Clinic, we are lucky to have Dr. Serena Fiacco who is not only a pelvic floor physical therapist, but also a board certified sexuality specialist.
Here Serena will speak to how she integrates sexual health and wellness into her practice.
I came to a practice of pelvic floor physical therapy in order to combine my work of sexual health with the physical manifestations of pain or discomfort that occur in the body.
All too often you cannot explore one without knowledge of the other.
We understand that out-of-pocket health care can be expensive, but trust we are not trying to gauge your piggy bank.
Our clinic sees, on average, about 30-40 people per week at 60 minute sessions.
Costs cover this individualized care.
However if you are in financial hardship, please inquire about sliding fee options (note you may need to provide documentation of financial hardship).
Fees for services are collected at the time of your appointment via exact cash, check, or credit card.
Although you will be required to place a credit card on file, no charges will be made without your permission except in the case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show.
Current hours you can reach someone at the front desk are approximately: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Email does remain the fastest and easiest way to reach us, info@pelvichealthclinic.com, however feel free to leave us a voicemail, we return all messages.
There are multiple areas of free 2-hour street parking available near the office.
The closest options are on both sides of NE Ravenna Blvd, NE 59th St, NE 58th St, and 8th Ave NE.
