I am Lindsay Zanghi, owner and founder of Empower Physical Therapy. Empower Physical Therapy was founded as a way for me to share my deep passion for neurologic rehabilitation with my clients and to serve the patients in our community who need better access to comprehensive care and services. Although I am a native of Western New York, I attended Elon University in North Carolina and earned my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Sport Science.
I returned home to the Rochester area where I earned by Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College. I have been practicing PT for over 10 years and have a vast experience working with all different types of patients with neurologic disorders in a variety of settings, including acute rehab, home health and adjunct teaching at Nazareth College on campus neuromuscular and multiple sclerosis clinics.
My advanced training and experience have helped me become a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS). When I'm not helping my patients, I love spending time with my husband and two children, exercising and running (yes, for fun!), and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
