We know that you're more than your parts and pieces and that you're not just everyone else. Our integrated approach means that we address your specific issues with the intention of helping you achieve a healthy, balanced life. Our goal is to make you feel better, fix what's wrong, while working with you to make sure it doesn't happen again. Our practice is small for a reason.
When something hurts or you're uncomfortable you want to be taken care of by someone who knows you. It's important to us that you are comfortable. You actually get to know your physical therapist. Our physical therapy practice includes fully licensed and experienced physical therapists, a physicians' assistant and a personal trainer. We're located in a fully equipped gym with weights, cardio and machines.
This is a place where you can become stronger and more flexible to speed the healing process and avoid injury in the future.
