I am a student athlete who has developed a couple of injuries from sports I participate in. I have received treatment from Adams Physical Therapy and they have helped me overcome and recover from these injuries. It is a great atmosphere and everyone who works there is so kind, supportive and helpful. APT was fantastic, professional and very specific about the knee issue at hand and what needed to be done to assist in a smooth and speedy recovery.
Can't thank Lori enough for the direction that was provided along with the associated exercises and documents.

To begin physical therapy, most insurance companies require a referral from your primary physician.
It is best to call your private insurance to confirm your responsibility requirements and to see how many visits they have authorized for you and if you have a co pay/co-insurance obligation.
Also, please contact our office for further information on whether APT can become in network with your plan, or, if out of Network, if benefits would apply.
