So I started a journey to cultivate a body of knowledge.
I undertook a two year Master Bodyworker program here in San Francisco.
I currently work extensively with people requiring rehabilitation from injury; injury prevention postoperative patients, chronic pain, athletes, dancers and actors in performance and training.
