Let us help you with your priority and return you to the life you deserve to live! Don't wait until you are so limited by pain to get help! Let us show you how to optimize your workouts, movement patterns and running/gait pattern by watching the mechanics of your habits to restore and improve your potential with your activities! Sometimes we just need a little boost with an extra set of eyes to optimize our return to sport and function after an injury or baby.
Breaking movements down into isolated exercises and activities can help you improve overall function and return you to all your priorities.

A couple years ago, I was asked "why" I did what I did.
At that time, I had just come back from maternity leave with my son who was about 3 months old and our daughter was about 2 1/2 years old.
My husband is awesome but we both were starved for sleep and time.
I had an amazing opportunity to grow in knowledge and experience through the company for whom I was currently working but I felt as though I needed more.
My "why" looking back is still my same why today - Why did I become a physical therapist?

In the state of Tennessee, Physical Therapists have direct access and can evaluate and treat you for a full 30 day plan of care without needing an order from a doctor.
If we have not met your goals at that point in time, we will communicate with your doctor about a referral for continuing treatment.
He or she may require you to follow up with them before the referral is written as they see fit.
To provide the highest quality of care and personal attention to my clients, I am an out-of-network provider.

Women's Health Physical Therapy incorporates assessing the spine, core, and hips as well as the pelvic floor muscles.
With the additional education and certifications to be qualified as a Women's Health Physical Therapist, we are trained to assess the pelvic floor muscles.
Your therapist will palpate (feel) with her finger whether your muscles are able to contract, hold, and relax.
Sometimes our muscles are strong but they are not in sync with the body and are acting in an uncoordinated way.
