Reza founded North Texas Physical Therapy, as well as Terrell Physical Therapy and Kaufman Physical Therapy after graduating from Tuskegee Institute, Tuskegee, Alabama in 1982.
Since Reza was licensed in 1984, he is celebrating his 35 years in practice this year.
Ron graduated from University of the Philippines in 1977.
Ron has been licensed in Texas since 1980 and has been at North Texas Physical Therapy since 1984.

Bring your prescription for physical therapy from a referring physician (if you have one), along with a photo ID, insurance cards, and any other reports or assistive devices (crutches, cane, walker, brace, etc.)
Also, you will need to fill out New Patient Paperwork.
