Tulsi obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University where she completed both her graduate and undergraduate degrees.
Tulsi has experience in a myriad of settings.
She has worked in outpatient facilities with patients in orthopaedic, neurology, and oncology including patients with lymphedema.
Restore and Revitalize Physical Therapy provides one-on-one physical therapy, hands-on manual therapy and more for patients of all ages and lifestyles.
Appointments are scheduled at your convenience at your home or office, so you can focus on getting healthy as quickly as possible instead of arranging your schedule to come to a clinic location.
For patients with lymphedema or any type of edema.
Treatments include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) in addition to manual therapy and therapeutic exercise as needed.
Your first visit will be with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, and will usually consist of an evaluation and time permitting, a short treatment.
The session lasts for 1 hour with one to one undivided attention to address your personalized and customized needs.
We are fee-for-service based and do not belong to any networks including insurance companies and Medicare/Medicaid.
With the shift in healthcare, more clinicians are transitioning to direct cash-based services due to inadequate insurance reimbursements and a decline in quality care.
