Services
SBPT therapy is a "family practice" clinic that serves the rehabilitation needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric clients.
Patients receive direct, individualized service from our physical therapists.
We take most PPO insurance and have a very reasonable private pay rate.
We also make an effort to provide after school hours and see clients within 48 hours of referral.

In 1985, Joanne Danssaert received her Physical Therapy degree from Mount Saint Mary's post baccalaureate program.
In 1999, she opened Solana Beach Physical Therapy.
She has achieved successes in neuro-rehabilitation at the Santa Barbara Rehabilitation Institute.
At the Children's Hospital of San Diego, she demonstrated expertise in the Rheumatology Clinic and with medically fragile infants.
Joanne has consulted for the San Diego City Schools' Alcott early intervention program and the Mary Birch Hospital's NICU with pre and post-partum mothers.
