Our physical therapists are experts in spine health including low back and neck pain. We continue to see an increased incidence of neck and back pain due to poor posture, sitting and time spent on computers/phones. We will perform a comprehensive assessment to figure out the cause and source of your pain. We know how empowering it can be to have a guide through the surgical process.

Meeting with a physical therapist prior to surgery builds confidence, improves outcomes and facilitates a faster recovery. To make you stronger, heal faster and get you back to life quickly, call us to schedule and evaluation. We are experts in movement and body mechanics. Our sports rehab specialists serve as your first line of care when you experience pain, discomfort or injury while training or competing in your sport.

At PNW we have golf specific training utilized by our Titleiest Performance Institute trained therapists. We're Certified Specialists with the goal of improving your performance. Whether your goal is to look good on vacation, or gain a competitive edge, we've got you covered.

At PNW our goal is to enable people to reach their highest level of ability through positive connections, continuing education and progressive rehabilitation.
We believe in a higher moral and ethical standard of care with a passion for life long learning and service to community.
PNW PT started in 2018 because we wanted a clinic that focused on our community, our patients and our employees.
In the current healthcare environment where patients and employees are falling second to corporatization and profits, we wanted a change.
Our physical therapists are highly trained and educated about orthopedic and sports injuries.
We know the appropriate dosing for exercise, when to push, and when to allow the system to heal.
Our methods include the use of IASTM, blood flow restriction, manual therapy, Kinesiotaping, active release/deep tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and modalities for pain.
Knee: ACL and meniscus repair surgery, total knee replacement, ligament sprains, patellofemoral pain.
Neck and back pain are some of the most common impairments we see and we know just how debilitating they can be.
When you come into the clinic with an injury we will perform a thorough assessment on the injury as well as why it happened in the first place.
Typically with our athletes we see injuries occur due to dysfunction in the kinetic chain.
If the body is not moving well in one area, lacks stability, strength or mobility, another area of the body takes over and becomes overworked and over-stressed, causing injury.
In our assessment we'll use standardized tests and measures as well as slow motion video to pinpoint exactly where compensations are occurring.
About 8 in 10 of us will experience back or neck pain at some point in our lives, and for some it can be severe, debilitating and reoccurring.
Research coming out in the past 10 years is showing the benefits of skilled physical therapy on improving spine health with injuries including bulging or herniated discs and sciatica.
When the muscles and nerves near the spine are pinched, pulled or twisted, the pain and discomfort can make it difficult to get up - let alone work and do the things we love.
Hip and knee replacement surgeries are some of the most common operations performed in the U.S., with about 1 million completed each year.
In addition, there are 300,000 ACL reconstructions being performed annually.
A recent quote from a medical doctor at the University of Pittsburg stated that 50% of outcome success is due to the surgeon and 50% of success is due to the patient's commitment to recovery.
It is understandable to be leery of an upcoming surgery.
We highly recommend prehabilitation (pre-surgical physical therapy).
