Judy Efaw came to our Mannington Clinic with this diagnosis and wishing to regain control of her life from her chronic pain.
Nick Landry MS, DPT created an individualized plan of care for Judy. Treatment consisted of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques coupled with pain neuroscience education, meditation techniques, coping mechanisms to reduce stressors, and a home exercise program. Now thanks to Nick and Ashley Harbert PTA, Judy has regained control of her life and is equipped with the appropriate tools to combat fibromyalgia and her chronic pain!
