We are uniquely positioned to serve the needs of athletes as we are located inside the Litehouse YMCA athletic club.
Because of this, we have access to all levels of weight-training equipment, sport courts, balance/agility equipment, as well as a pool.
We provide free walk-in screening assessments to help you determine if it is something you can take care of with rest/ice/compression, something you need to consult with your family physician about, or something requiring more urgent intervention.

Motor vehicle accidents are unfortunately very common these days.
Each accident is slightly different, and the injuries sustained depend mostly on the type of collision, your location in the vehicle, body position, age, and existing medical conditions if any.
Most individuals involved in an MVA recover within 2-3 weeks; however, it is not uncommon for many people to have lingering or recurring pain after the event.
Though whiplash is the most common injury after an MVA, many other symptoms can occur after an accident.

Advance Physical Therapy has offered aquatic physical therapy for over 20 years and our therapists have extensive knowledge in creating water-based programs for a variety of diagnosis.
One of the reasons aquatic therapy can be beneficial to patients is because the water absorbs most of the pressure our body weight typically puts onto our joints.
By conducting physical therapy in the water, the body becomes more buoyant and decreases the amount of stress on your joints.
This allows better motion with less pain making the experience of exercise more pleasant for those who would typically have pain with land-based exercise.
