I founded Back in Action PT as a way to combat the degradation of medical care, and provide top-tier care that is not constrained by short visits, or poor continuity of care.

I take exceptional pride in offering pin-point accurate diagnoses, top-tier manual therapy treatments, and the ability to challenge even the most elite athletes in a professional, yet relaxed environment. We provide very easy scheduling that offers optional text or email reminders and you can easily change dates, reserve dates, etc.

I founded Back in Action PT as a way to combat the degradation of medical care, and provide top-tier care that is not constrained by short visits, or poor continuity of care.
Although I started off as a "cash pay only" clinic, I am now accepting Regence, Premera, and Lifewise.
I will still continue to offer very reasonable cash rates to allow those without insurance access to high level care.
The clinic is located within Core Kinetics Pilates Studio, offering 1500 sq ft of beautiful movement space with a mix of cork and mat flooring, and a plethora of equipment including, but not limited to: clubbells, kettlebells, Bosu balls, TRX, TRX Rip Trainers, Shuttle Systems, free weights, a vibration platform, balance discs, etc. Feel free to come view the space for yourself at 1405 Fraser St, Suite F1.
When you are convinced in the benefits of physical therapy feel free to make an appointment and get started on your treatment.
John F. Barnes, PT, LMT, NCTMB is an internationally recognized physical therapist, lecturer, author, and the leading authority on Myofascial Release.
Through his 50 years of experience and creative insight, he has developed an innovative and highly effective whole body approach for the evaluation and treatment of pain and dysfunction.
The purpose of the site is to promote health information and education, but not to provide specific advice, which can, in my opinion, only be responsibly offered in a traditional setting, where a health care provider is able to fully evaluate an individual's history and current condition.
