This is a female owned and run pt office that is very woman centered, or at least it feels that way to me.
I love the genuine vibe of goodness and health here.

If there is a co-payment or charge due to a deductible not yet met, the patient will be notified of any balance with an electronic invoice.
If you have a different insurance company we recommend that you call the benefit number listed on your insurance card to check your specific benefits before starting physical therapy.
If you have out-of-network benefits your insurance may pay part of the total amount of your treatment with Chicago Physical Therapists.
