Sullivan Physical Therapy
The goal of Sullivan Physical Therapy is to provide comprehensive care that encompasses strategies and interventions to promote and advance the health in people of all ages. Sullivan Physical Therapy offers physical therapists with advanced training in pelvic health who are specialized in evaluating and treating the low back, pelvis and pelvic floor region.

We have physical therapists who are certified in Women's Health Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and who have received certificates of achievement in pelvic, pregnancy and postpartum physical therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association. Our clinic offers comfortable, private treatment rooms and a friendly, supportive staff.

Each physical therapy appointment is one-on-one with a physical therapist. As a result, we offer individualized treatment plans for each patient designed around the diagnosis and patient's goals. We promise consistent communication with your referring healthcare provider.
Services
Sullivan Physical Therapy specializes in the treatment of pelvic, bowel, and bladder dysfunction.
However, in treating our adult patients, it is not uncommon to hear that some of these issues began years or decades ago in the patient's childhood.
Many children suffer from bladder issues such daytime and nighttime urine leakage (incontinence/enuresis), stool leakage (encopresis), or chronic constipation.
Unfortunately, bowel and bladder issues frequently lead to bullying, loss of self-confidence, guilt, stress and frustration throughout the family unit.
Sullivan Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned practice with two purposes.
Our first purpose is to our patients, which is to provide comprehensive care that encompasses strategies and interventions to promote and advance the health in women and men of all ages.
Our second purpose is to provide the opportunity for any productive member to achieve the full extent of their career goals.
We promise an appreciative and accessible owner, to be a collaborative team providing the best hands on therapists and unlimited potential for growth.
The practice of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy continues to grow.
However, many patients do not have access to physical therapists who specialize in evaluating and treating these diagnoses.
Sullivan Physical Therapy offers individualized treatment options for those patients who need to come from out of town for physical therapy.
Each of our out of town patients will be seen by a physical therapist for evaluation and treatment.
Patients will have the option to be treated more than once depending on their schedule.
Sullivan Physical Therapy offers a distance professional mentorship program that can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
We realize each physical therapist is at a different point in their career and would be happy to establish a mentoring option that would best help you achieve your current goals.
Please contact our office to discuss an option that would work best for you.
A multi-week program that includes weekly phone calls or FaceTime meetings to educate the physical therapist on a variety of pelvic health topics, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and pregnancy/postpartum.
Sullivan Physical Therapy offers opportunities for healthcare professionals to observe our physical therapists evaluate and treat pelvic health patients.
During a typical day the visiting healthcare professional will observe eight patients for one hour treatment sessions.
Available time for observation is from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Observation is dependent on patient consent.
In the event a patient refuses to let a visitor observe, the healthcare professional will likely be able to observe the treatment session of another physical therapist.
